A Briton became the reigning champion of Tour of Romania this year. Mark Stewart retained the yellow jersey after the last stage in Bucharest. At this edition I only joined the peloton in Satu Mare, the venue of the team presentation and the prologue. It was such a great moment to welcome stars like Davide Rebellin or Adam Hansen on the stage.

Each year, the Romanian luge, bobsleigh and skeleton National Championships are held at the Olympic ice track in Innsbruck/Igls, Austria. This season, as supporters didn't have access to the establishment, the role of the live broadcast has increased signifficantly. So did the role of the commentator as well, as he had the task to communicate all the important infos to the viewers. I had the honor to work as a (multilingual) commentator at this event, having the opportunity to watch all the great athletes at the venue. It was a spectacular event, I fell in love with this sporting discipline as I witnessed how people can reach over 140 km/h on artificial ice.

It was a pleasure to meet the best athletes of Harghita county (Transylvania, Romania). We saw some outstanding performances this year, so I was curious to find out who will receive the trophy this time. Well, the most points were collected by Mark Stoica (judo) while the best team was once again the ice hockey team Sport Club Miercurea Ciuc, which obtained the silver medal in both league and Romanian Cup last season. Congratulations!

It was once again a pleasure to present the international marathon in Cluj Napoca, Romania. The community of athletes and amateur runners had a memorable day as they participated in the 7th edition of the Cluj marathon. The impressive stadium hosted several races for kids on Saturday, while the adults came to run on Sunday. It was not only the maraton on the schedule. The participants had the opportunity to take part in the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km run as well.

On the first days of Februrary, the Romanian location Vatra Dornei was hosting the FIL Luge World Championships on natural track. It was the first WCH in winter sports held in Romania.

It was the second edition of the Novak Charity Gala in my hometown (Csikszereda/Miercurea Ciuc, Romania). The Paralympic champion Eduard Novak has organized a fantastic event where popular artists came to sing and play in front of a lovely crowd. They all participated in the event aiming to help three disabled children. It was a great success as over 21 thousand RON (Romanian currency) were raised on that evening.

I had the honor to be the multilingual announcer of the Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Marathon for the third time. Over 14,000 participants came to complete the 42,195 km run, which is a new record of attendance.

On September 10 I had the honour to be the announcer of the Mamaia TriChallenge at the Romanian sea side. A number of 1400 participants came to the start of the well-known triathlon event which is also the last stage of the Romanian national league.

Just another sensational weekend. I visited the Bucovina region of Romania to present the third stage of the Luge World Cup on Natural Track. The organizers worked hard to prepare the venue for the race and for the World Championship being held next year. The Italian lugers have put a dominating effort and managed to win all the gold medals.

The 8th edition of the Bucharest Marathon can simply described as a special race. This year, at least two records were broken. Over 11,000 participants came to run on the streets of the Romanian Capital and the fastest among them managed to set a new track record. Patrick Kimeli from Kenya crossed the line in 2 hours 13 minutes and 15 seconds. I was appointed to present the event in 4 languages and I definitely enjoyed it.

The Triathlon Challenge in Mamaia (Romanian seaside) is already a traditional race at the end of the season. This year - at the 7th edition - about 1300 people competed in their own categories. On Saturday, it was the day of the beginners and semi-pros who had 3 distances to choose from. The pros worked hard on Sunday as the stormy weather made their race pretty difficult. Among the professionals of the Premium European Cup there were 20 nations represented by aproximately 60 triathletes. I enjoyed working at this great event!

My next multilingual presentation will be held at the AROBS Cluj International Marathon on April 19. THe race is sold out, a total number of 1300 runners will compete in the marathon, half-marathon and relay. I'll be there to entertain you and to keep you in touch with all the news via live commentary.

The Romanian wintersport resort Vatra Dornei will welcome the world's best lugers at the end of January. The Natural Track Luge World Cup will come to the Bucovina region between the 29th of January and the 1st of February 2015. I am glad to offer my multilingual presenter services at the venue and hope to see a high-level sporting event. For sure, Romanian spectators will be enthusiastic to watch some top lugers giving a magnificent performance.

I am proud to present the last stage of the Romanian Rallye Championship Dunlop. The event called Harghita Rallye will take place this weekend between Thursday and Saturday. I can hardly wait to begin working there!

What a crazy weekend at the Romanian sea side... 800 participants took on a magic triathlon adventure in Mamaia. For the first time in Romania, the Triathlon ETU European Cup worked like a magnet for thousands of people who came to watch a high-level race. I had some great joy and fun, making a spectacular atmosphere was not a huge task when lots of people come to cheer for the best triathletes who ever come to Romania. Congratulations to the winners (Yuliya Yelistratova and Dmitry Polianskiy) and to all the amateur triathletes who managed to cross the finish line at the Grand Final of the Romanian Triathlon Series!

I was honored to present the MTB marathon of my hometown last Sunday. 227 people participated in this magnificent event held in the Ciuc mountains. The organizers prepared two tracks a shorter challenge on 34 km and a longer marathon track on 67 km. It was a sunny summer day and I was extremely happy to welcome hundreds of supporters during the race day. They contributed to an unforgettable atmosphere. The fastest rider in the elite category was Lucian Logigan from Sibiu, followed by Alexandru Stancu and the local cyclist Arpad Kelemen.
