This year's edition of the Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Marathon featured a performance which has never been seen before in the Romanian capital. Held since 2008 by the current organising committee, the marathon on the streets of Bucharest ended with a new national record for Romania. Nicolae Alexandru Soare won the race with 2:11:58, setting a new NR. Of course, the entire weekend had a lot to offer. A total number of 12 thousand runners crossed the finish line after taking part in one of the many races held over the weekend. Congratulations to all the people involved, it was great to be a part of it again!
