I had the honour to host a press conference where I also used my interpreter and translator skills. The Hungarian Ski Association presented its best athletes, among others the Austrian-born Richard Leitgeb who will race for Hungary starting with this season. I wish him and his teammates good luck, I hope that the nation will gain some World Cup points this season as not only Leitgeb but also Zita Tóth will run in the World Cup in the following months.

Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Marathon came to its 17th edition but this time the event was home of the masters world championship for marathon runners as well. More than 40 nations had representants at the event. The atmosphere was great during the weekend as the participants of the masters world champs really enjoyed the venue and had a great time in the capital city of Romania. I had the honour to be the host of the event, I will always remember the smiling faces of the athletes at the end of their 42,195 km race.

More than 1000 runners came to the Airport of Budapest for the 12th edition of the BUD Runway Run, a charity running event where all the registration fees go to foundations supporting disabled people. I had the honour to work as a multilingual presenter at this competition. It was great to create a nice atmosphere even if it wasn't easy to work in hot weather conditions. The runners were once again real heroes as it was pretty hard to complete the 5 and 10 km races.
